The truss formed by using steel bars as the upper chord, lower chord and web rod, connected by resistance spot welding, is called a steel truss.

The combined load-bearing plate of the steel truss and the bottom plate are connected into a whole by resistance spot welding, which is called the steel truss floor bearing plate.

Visual inspection and measurement: batch products should have factory inspection certificate, plate flatness should be less than 3mm, and there should be no obvious convex and uneven, twisted and deformed. The thickness of the galvanized layer should be greater than 120g/m2, and the surface of the plate should not have scratches, scratches, and residual welding slag. The solder joint should be firmly opened, and there should be no false welding, welding deviation, and missing welding. The surface of the product should not have pollutants that affect cement solidification, and the anti-rust plastic film of the packaging cannot be oxidized, and should be preserved from light and packaged in good condition. The diameter size of the rebar should meet the standard.

Approved "Steel Truss Floor Bearing Plate" as a product standard for the construction industry, numbered JG/T368-2012, and implemented from August 1, 2012. The current national standard for steel truss floor deck is "People's Republic of China Construction Industry Standard JGT368-2012 Steel bar truss deck".
